Clients must obtain a hunting license (17.00 for yearly resident, 46.50 non-resident 10 day) and must also have a turkey permit ($10.00 for residents, $125.00 for non-residents) to hunt turkeys in Florida. Upon your arrival one of our friendly guides can help you obtain the necessary licenses and permits, or for the complete information concerning requirements of licensing, costs of licenses and purchasing licenses (on-line or by phone with credit card). We recommend using a twelve-gauge or larger shotgun but any shotgun from .410- 12 gauge will suit, with a three-inch or longer high brass magnum load of twos, fours, sixes or new loads such as TSS loads. Please ensure that you pattern your shotgun with the loads you will be using before your hunt. For bow hunters expect shots as close as 5 yards to 40 yards, we recommend a large broadhead or a broadhead that's made for turkey hunting. 

Our hunts are conducted with one guide and one customer, or one guide and two customers if you have two people in your party. Hunts last for three days, with three morning and three afternoon sessions, or until a bird is harvested, or different package is selected. Our turkey hunts are free-range and take place from early March until early April. We offer a limited number of birds for sale each season on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking your trip as soon as possible.

Our fully guided Wild Hog Hunts are great for both beginner and seasoned hunters. Typical night we'll be out before dusk using thermal scope or green lights hunting in a blind or platform stand over bait. These hogs come in quick and are always on alert. 

These are available for half day, full day, or multi-day durations. You can experience spearfishing, scenic snorkeling, or deep freediving in the beautiful waters of South Florida.

For all our trips, we provide you with a boat (if available), a mask, a snorkel, fins, and a speargun. Or bring your own gear! You don't need to bring anything else, just your enthusiasm and curiosity. We will guide you and help you have a safe and fun trip.

The 2023 Arkansas Goose Hunting Conservation Order Seasons are as follows:
- Feb. 1-3, 2023
- Feb. 5-April 25, 2023
During this period, special regulations apply to hunters. These include:
- Shooting hours are extended by 30 minutes.
- There are no limits on geese.
- Shotgun plugs are not required.
- Electronic calls are permitted.

Please note that all hunters must obtain a free registration permit by calling AGFC at 800-364-4263 Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Clients must obtain your own Kansas hunting license, as well as federal, state, and hip stamps. Please note that meals, drinks, and snacks are not included in the package, so please come prepared.
We will provide transportation between the hunting site and your lodging if needed. Decoys, calls, and blinds will be provided for waterfowl hunting.
You must bring your own hunting clothing (e.g., waders), ammunition, and a gun.

Hunting with your own firearm can be a satisfying experience, but traveling with firearms can be a hassle. If you’re flying, make sure to comply with airline regulations regarding firearms and ammunition. Alternatively, you may consider renting a firearm from us. You may be able to rent a quality, well-maintained shotgun for $50/day from us during the hunt, let us know beforehand,  (presidential package and on some other packages this cost is included). This could save you money compared to the baggage fees and permit expenses alone. If you choose to bring your own firearms and ammunition, please ensure that you comply with your airline’s regulations regarding these items. Alternatively, we provide ammunition for purchase at the lodge. 

 We're passionate hunters with many years of experience and love to share our experience and expertise with others. We're also a straight shooter and we don't tolerate any nonsense. If you want to hunt with us, you need to follow some simple rules:

•  **No alcohol or drugs before or during the hunt.** This is non-negotiable. We don't care if you have a prescription or a card, or if other outfitters let you do it. It's not safe, it's not respectful, and it's not legal. If you can't stay sober for a few hours, you're not welcome here. **At the end of the day with dinner or reminiscing about the hunt or other hunts is totally fine, just don't get belligerent and rude!
• Hunt Rec Realty S&C LLC is not responsible for death, injury or lost equipment.
• 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking or showing and applied to the hunt or lease. The  deposit must be paid within 7-10 days after making reservations. If payment has not been received within 10 days and you have not made alternate payment arrangements, your dates will be released and made available for other hunters to book. 
• Please note that prices are subject to change and taxes will be added (not included in prices listed on site).
• Each member of your group will be required to sign a release of liability waiver prior to hunting or leasing. 
• Respect us, the guides, our landowners, and our equipment. You will be treated with the same respect you give us.
• You are a guest here, and you need to act like one. Don't be rude, don't be reckless, and don't be dishonest. If you break something, own up to it. If you have a problem, talk to one of us about it. If you disobey the rules, you're out.
• LASTLY HAVE FUN AND ENJOY THE HUNT! 

If you agree with these rules, then we'd love to have you as a client. If you don't, then please find another outfitter. We won't refund your deposit, and we won't hesitate to expose you on social media if you cause trouble or break rules.

Exceptions are considered for select emergencies (where compassion and flexibility come into play), or can be granted case by case and must be granted by Shiane Mann or Jonathan O'Donnell, if granted it could take up to 90 days or no more than 180 days. If we cancel a hunt due to certain circumstances we have 90-180 days to get with you on whether to refund or move your hunt.  Instead of monetary refunds, we offer personalized attention:
Rescheduling: Customers can move their hunt to a more suitable time.
Deposit Transfer: The deposit can be applied to another hunt we offer.
